Mr. Jaspreet Sekhon, AAG, Punjab **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of F.I.R No. 131 dated 11.10.2014 under Sections 363/366 IPC, registered at P.S. Sudhar, District Ludhiana Rural.

On notice, a reply has been filed by the State stating therein that a statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C of the prosecutrix has been recorded and the case is under investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Tilak Raj has informed the Court that cancellation report has been prepared in this case on 11.05.2016 but is not yet submitted.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.

However, the official respondents are directed to present the cancellation report, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
