He has, however, requested that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the conclusion of trial as the trial is now at the stage of arguments. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Trial Court is, however, directed to endeavour to dispose of the case expeditiously, if found feasible and safe keeping in view the present circumstances of speread of pandemic.
