/ 01  This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.197 dated 23.08.2018 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana. Counsel for the petitioner has argued that the co-accused Monu Bahadur was granted bail by the trial Court but the same was declined on completely erroneous grounds and otherwise the case of both the accused persons is identical.

Learned State counsel has very fairly accepted that the case of the co-accused who has been granted bail and the present petitioner is similar.
