 Present Civil Revision has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside/ quashing of order dated 04.02.2019 passed by District Judge, (Family Court), Pathankot, whereby the application filed by the petitioner for interim custody of child has been allowed only to the limited extent to meet his daughter in Court room only for about one hour and that too in presence of respondent No.1.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Permitted to do so.
