Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., 1973 seeking quashing of complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act bearing NACT-200-2021 dated 8.3.2021 (P-1) and summoning order dated 01.11.2021 (P-2) along with all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.

After hearing the matter at length, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all their pleas before the learned trial Court, at an appropriate stage. 3.
