RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this civil writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash impugned medical report dated 06.02.2020 (Annexure P-10) and impugned letter dated 12.03.2020 (Annexure P-11), declaring the petitioner medically unfit for the post of Constable in RPF by the Medical Board of Northern Railway Central Hospital, New Delhi. After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition, with liberty to file appropriate representation raising similar grouse taken herein, before the concerned Authority, which shall be decided within two months from the date of its receipt.
