-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.56 dated 9.6.2021 registered under Sections 379, 447, 511 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Kurali District SAS Nagar, Mohlai.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order dated 2.5.2022 passed by this Court. The counsel for the petitioner further submits that even otherwise now the matter has been compromised between the parties. ( 2 ) CRM-M-18133-2022 Counsel for the complainant has not disputed the fact now the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Short reply by way of Daramvir Singh, DSP, Kharar District SAS Nagar, Mohail is ordered to be taken on record. State counsel on instructions ASI Tilak Raj has submitted that the petitioner who has joined investigation is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 2.5.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
