**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner was appointed as Extension Lecturer in the subject of Physics on 18.08.2015 by duly constituted selection committee and she worked up to 28.09.2018. She was relieved on joining of regularly selected candidate. Her experience certificate is at Annexure P-1. Reference has been made to letter dated 28.01.2019 (P-4) wherein at Sr. No. 665, 03 posts are still lying vacant in the subject of Physics in respondent No. 3-College.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 2 and 3 to look into the representation dated 07.03.2019 (P-5) of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in view of letter dated 13.07.2018 (P-3) and 28.01.2019 (P-4) in accordance with law, if the vacancy is still available in the college-respondent No. 3 as on today i.e 05.04.2019. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
