**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J This petition is under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to this Court to exercise its discretion under Section 427 Cr.P.C. and order the sentences passed against the petitioner in different FIRs to run concurrently so that he would undergo 14 years of imprisonment in respect of all the convictions passed against him by commuting it under Sections 55, 427, 433, 433-A Cr.P.C.
Petitioner Harjinder Singh @ Bittu along with his co-accused Kuldeep @ Krishan Kumar and Raj Kumar @ Raju had faced trial in FIR No. 133 dated 14.10.2002 under Sections 376, 366, 342, 392, 323, 34 IPC. Vide judgment/order dated 18.12.2004, they were convicted and sentenced by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda under Sections 366, 376(2)(g), 342, 323, 382, 34 IPC.
Aggrieved of the said judgment and order dated 18.12.2004, the petitioner and the co-accused preferred three separate appeals. Vide order of even date, the the said three appeals have been dismissed by this Court.
