SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for issuance of direction to the respondents to arrest (1) Purshotam Singh son of Gajan Singh and (II) Priti daughter of Bir Singh accused in case FIR No.30 dated 11.05.2018 under Sections 420 IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012 registered at P.S Amritsar Rural. Upon notice, Ld. State counsel has informed the Court that the matter was further investigated and thereafter a cancellation report has been presented to the Court on 31.08.2020.

In the wake of statement made by Ld. State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition any longer as nothing survives therein. Dismissed as not pressed.
