**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Admittedly, an application under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC is pending before the trial Court.

After arguing this case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application for speedy disposal of pending application under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. In the event of filing any such application for early disposal of the application under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC, the trial Court shall do the needful in accordance with law at the earliest.
