RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) Admittedly, appeal against the order dated 05.04.2022 is pending before the State Registrar, Firms and Societies, Haryana. Petitioner has assailed the election schedule dated 10.04.2022 issued by respondent No.3 in pursuance of order dated 05.04.2022.

In my considered opinion, the election schedule is the outcome of the order dated 05.04.2022 against which appeal is pending before the State Registrar Firms and Societies, Haryana. No indulgence can be granted to the petitioner. Dismissed.
