The present appeal pertains to the year 1998. Vide order dated 28.11.2024 notices were issued to the appellants since none had been appearing on their behalf. As per the Office report, appellant No.1 has since expired. No one has come forward for getting themselves impleaded as legal representatives of deceased appellant No.1. Appellant No.2 remain unserved with the report that the attorney through whom the present regular second appeal was filed on behalf of appellant No.2 has since gone abroad. There is no other address of appellant No.2 available with the Court for effecting her service except the one mentioned in the judgments and decrees passed by both the Courts concerned and in the memo of parties filed before this Court and the same is the one on which the notice was sent. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. AMAN JAIN 2025.02.10 09:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
