Present appeal pertains to the year 1998. The same was admitted vide order dated 14.12.1998. When the matter was listed on 03.02.2020 it was noticed in the order that the respondent had died. Thereafter, numerous opportunities have been granted to the counsel for the appellants for impleading the legal representatives of the sole respondent. Till date no efforts have been made for impleading the legal representatives of the sole respondent. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
