#$ !% Petitioner Ashok Kumar has approached this Court under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.25 dated 04.02.2015 registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) under Sections 468/471/120=B IPC.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Kuldeep Singh, Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali submits that the petitioner has since been released under Section 167 Cr.P.C. which is not controverted by learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.L.S.Sidhu, Advocate.
