Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Kuldeep Singh, Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali submits that the petitioner has since been released under Section 167 Cr.P.C. which is not controverted by learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.L.S.Sidhu, Advocate.
