Through this civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to respondents to allow the petitioners, being fully eligible, qualified and most deserving candidates than the selected candidates No. 1 to 20836 notified in notice dated 15.05.2020 (Annexure P-14) to participate in selection process for selection and appointment as PTI, in terms of Rule 7 of the Haryana School Education (Group C) State Cadre Service Rules, 2012. Heard.
Admittedly, the petitioners never applied against the Advertisement No. 6/2006 dated 20.07.2006, Category No. 23 for the post RISHU KATARIA 2020.06.25 12:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-8470-2020 -2of PTI, therefore, they cannot be permitted to take advantage of judgment of the Apex Court dated 08.04.2020 (Annexure P-13) passed in Civil Appeal No. 2103 of 2020, Ramjit Singh Kardam and others Vs. Sanjeev Kumar and others, whereby only those candidates have been permitted to apply afresh pursuant to notice dated 15.05.2020 (Annexure P-14), who had earlier applied against Advertisement No. 6/2006 dated 20.07.2006, Category No. 23 for the post of PTI.
Thus, having no merit, the instant civil writ petition, is dismissed.
