ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 01.02.2023, when none appeared for appellants and Registry was asked to issue notice to leraned counsel for the appellants. Needful has been done. As per office report, learned counsel for appellants has been informed through e-mail, yet none appears. It appears that by sheer effluxion of time, since appeal has been pending for the past almost 23 years, appellants have lost interest in pursuing the appeal as there is no representation on their behalf.
