Though on behalf of the private respondents, opposition has been laid to the relief being sought by the petitioners, however, keeping in view that the provisions of Article 21 of the Constitution of India have been created solely for protecting life and personal liberty of human beings and thus, in the light of the same, the present petition stands disposed off with direction to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners (Annexure P-4) within the framework of law.
