SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.132, dated 03.09.2013, under Sections 377 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Dhariwal.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 11.09.2015:- "Notice of motion for 29.10.2015.

In the meantime, petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court shall release the petitioner on interim bail subject to its satisfaction."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
