$ $$ Learned counsel further contended that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required in the present matter to collect the evidence and for recovery purposes. Hence, prayed for dismissal of the present petition seeking anticipatory bail. 6.
Mr. Abhijeet Chaudhary, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant by way of filing of Power of Attorney and submits that the petitioner is directly involved in the commission of the alleged offence, as certain transactions have been made from the account of the present petitioner. 8
