Mr. Naresh Gopal Sharma, Advocate for respondent No.2.

     Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.76 dated 09.06.2015, registered under Sections 354, 406, 4982A, 323 and 506 IPC at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that pursuant to order dated 04.12.2015 petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the complainant states that recovery is yet to be effected.

Recovery can even otherwise be effected. Custodial interrogation is not necessary.

       Looking to all these circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 04.12.2015 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
