AT CHANDIGARH FAO No. 895 of 2002 DATE OF DECISION :- 04.11.2025 Bhupinder Kumar ...Appellant
Versus
Randip Singh
...Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None for the appellant.
*** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.
This is a fully burnt case. The appeal pertains to the year 2002 and is a very old matter. No one has appeared on behalf of the appellant. It seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. 2.
In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.
