(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.54 dated 24.03.2017 registered under Sections 9, 39, 44, 50, 51 of the Wildlife Act and Sections 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar (Haryana).

Petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within 10 days from today. In the event of his appearance, petitioner shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court. Disposed of.
