None has appeared for the petitioner even on second call. Registry has reported that cost of
15,000/ , which has been imposed upon the petitioner by this court, had not been deposited. Vide order dated 14.05.2015 it had been made clear that in case the petitioner would fail to deposit the costs within ten days the petition shall be deemed to be dismissed.

In view of order dated 14.05.2015 this petition stands dismissed accordingly.
