MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Vide order dated 10.04.2024 and thereafter, again vide order dated 09.05.2024, the parties had been directed to get their respective statements recorded with respect to the compromise purportedly affected between them.

As per report received from learned JMIC, Ambala, none appeared on behalf of the complainant to get their statement recorded with respect to the compromise stated to have been affected between the parties.

Mr. A.P.S. Sandhu, Advocate, has entered appearance on behalf of the private respondents and filed his power of attorney after obtaining NOC from the previous counsel, which is taken on record. He has submitted that there is no compromise in existence between the parties and that is the reason why the complainant/private respondents did not appear before the learned JMIC to record their statements.
