State counsel submits that the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed person and as such, the present petition is not maintainable. 3.

On this, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to file fresh at an appropriate stage. 4.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioner to come up to this Court again in accordance with law.
