Mr. Nigam K. Bhardwaj, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and states that he has no objection if the present application is allowed and the appeal is permitted to be withdrawn. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant-appellants has contended that the matter since stands compromised with the private respondent Nos.2 and 3 and in the execution petition an amount of ₹4,50,000/- has been paid to them as full and final payment.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken on Board YOGESH SHARMA 2025.11.07 10:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgment/order.
