Learned counsel for respondent No.1 informs that as per the instructions available with him, out of 14, as many as 8 appellants have expired and their LRs are not interested in pursuing the appeal. 4.

Perusal of the paperbook also reveals that suit for declaration filed by the plaintiffs-appellants was dismissed by the trial Court on 16.08.1995 and appeal filed by them was dismissed by the Appellate Court on 06.05.1998 thus, upholding the findings. This appeal was filed against the concurrent findings.
