Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution praying for issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 8.

(2) Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 3 at this stage. (3) Ms. Manjot Kaur, learned AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

(4) Learned State Counsel, in view of the Standard Operating Procedure/Instructions dated 23.01.2025, issued by the Government of Punjab and after obtaining instructions from the quarter concerned, apprised the Court that petitioners can approach the Authorities concerned at "One Stop Sakhi Centre", District Fazilka, Mobile No.94645-03876, available 24 x 7.

(5) In view of the above, present petition is disposed off with liberty to petitioners to approach the quarter concerned. (6) Needless to say that in case an occasion so arises, petitioners DIWAKER GULATI 2025.03.21 16:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
