**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Appellant has failed to make compliance of the order dated 19.09.2025, inasmuch as, it failed to provide the fresh addresses of LRs of respondent No.1. Besides, there is no in5ma5on by the appellant as to whether, the appellant-State had taken possession of premises in dispute in compliance of the order dated 24.03.1998 passed by learned Addi5onal District Judge, Pa5ala and as to whether any cause of ac5on s5ll survives or not.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the present appeal is hereby disposed of for want of compliance.
