Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for issuance of directions upon the respondents to construct the underpass at Crossing No.126 as per the master plan (Annexure P-6) instead of the amended plan (Annexure P-7) wherein became decreased the length/breadth of the underpass.

The instant writ petition was filed way back in the year 2022 and no interim directions restraining the respondent(s) from carrying out the construction of the underpass were passed by this Court. 3.
It is informed to this Court that, during pendency of the instant writ petition, not only the construction of the underpass stood completed, but, the same has also been put to operation. 4.
In view of the above, since the construction of the underpass DEVINDER YADAV 2025.04.28 09:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP-9050-2022 is already complete and it has been put to operation as well, therefore, the asked for directions cannot be passed. Hence, the instant writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to, in case they have any grievance with the constructed underpass, approach the appropriate authority/forum concerned for redressal thereof.
