Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.0325 dated 30.06.2015, registered under Sections 342, 506, 468 and 34 IPC, Police Station Narnaund, District Hisar (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 01.04.2019 (P-2).
Pursuant to order dated 08.04.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 13.05.2019 along with receipts of SONIKA 2019.05.24 17:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
CRM-M-16251 of 2019 --2-- `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hansi, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.285 dated 16.05.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Hisar, vide letter bearing No.10962 dated 16.05.2019. According to the report, ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hansi, is satisfied that a voluntary amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties.
Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hansi, dated 16.05.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.0325 dated 30.06.2015 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only.
Disposed of accordingly.
