Despite being pointedly asked, learned counsel for the appellants failed to explain as to how the appeal at hands was even maintainable against the order dated 15.06.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 7923 of 2020 vide which period of two weeks was given to the authorities to decide the pending appeal and the said period had not yet expired. In fact, a similar appeal i.e. LPA-388-2020 titled as Parents Welfare Association Vs State of Punjab and others filed against an identical order was AMODH SHARMA 2020.06.30 17:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
LPA-390-2020 (O&M) dismissed by a Coordinate Bench on 25.06.2020 precisely on this ground with costs of Rs. 10,000/-.
Accordingly, the present LPA is not maintainable and the same is dismissed with costs of Rs. 10,000/- to be deposited with the Haryana State Legal Services Authority.
