(Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Manoj Kumar, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and that only the question of receipt and its issuance is subject matter of contention though Mr. RS Randhawa, counsel for the complainant, has sought to oppose the stand of the State. However, keeping in view his admission that it is a receipt purported to have been issued by the concerned post office being a public document, veracity of which can be easily verified during the course of investigation and there is no need of custodial interrogation, impels this Court to make interim order dated 9.9.
2016 absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction Dalbir Singh Tiwana 2016.11.29 10:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
