RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely, Mangal Singh, Dial Singh, Raja @ Rajwinder Singh, Gopi @ Gurpreet Singh and Pal Singh @ Parampal Singh in case FIR No.37 dated 13.02.2017 under Sections 427, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (offences under Sections 379 and 452 IPC added lateron) registered at Police Station Lopoke, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar.

On instructions from HC Major Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 24.08.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
