RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Piara Singh in case FIR No.167 dated 28.07.2017 under Sections 341, 326, 434, 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC, Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3 and 4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, registered at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur. On instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 24.08.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
