Harsh Lata v. State Of Haryana And Others
IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATES OF PUNJAB AND
HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH CWP No.13041 of 2019 (O&M) Date of Decision.08.07.2019 Harsh Lata
...Petitioner
Vs State of Haryana and another ..Respondents CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL
Present:
Mr. Jainainder Saini, Advocate for the petitioner.
-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Petitioner's candidature has been rejected on the ground that documents submitted for scrutiny i.e. experience certificates were not counter-signed by Director, Secondary Education. In such circumstances, he was not awarded five marks. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that there was no requirement of counter-signature.
I am afraid aforementioned plea cannot be permitted to be raised, for, veracity and genuineness of documents can only be seen, if they are counter-signed. If at all so, petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy of civil suit to prove documents in accordance with law. Case set up in present petition, in my view, does not fall within the realm of judicial review under Article 226.
No ground for interference is made out.
Dismissed.
