Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.42, dated 10.03.2015, under Sections 457, 380, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Roopnagar, District Roopnagar.

Prosecution story, in brief, is that on 10.03.2015 at about 08:00 a.m. when the complainant returned home, he found that gold articles and cash to the tune of `3,15,000/- had been stolen.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely involved in this case. Learned State counsel, on the other hand, has

Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that during investigation recovery of `1,00,000/- and gold articles have been effected from the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is also involved in other criminal cases, no ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, is made out.
