**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Neer Singh submits that the Embassy has not fixed any date for bio metric verification of the petitioner in view of communication dated 25.10.2021 issued by High Commission of Nigeria. Learned State counsel further submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and now the case is fixed for 14.10.2022 for defence evidence, if any and for arguments.

This petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest.
