*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the final list/result dated 03.09.2020 (Annexure P-4) for the post of Clerk vide advertisement No.5/2019 as the petitioner has secured more marks than the last selected candidate.

Learned counsel for the State, at the outset, points out that the result for the post of Clerk advertised vide advertisement No.5/2019, (Annexure P-1) impugned herein, has been quashed vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in CWP No.15672-2021 titled as "Amit Kumar and others Vs. State of Haryana and others." wherein it has been directed that the Commission shall carry out re-evaluation of all the candidates across board who had participated in the selection process and declare their result and prepare fresh merit list after carrying out re-evaluation.
