RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No.98 dated 21.10.2017 registered under Sections 324, 323, 341, 427, 148 and 149 IPC (Sections 325 and 326 IPC added lateron vide DDR No.23 dated 02.11.2017) at Police Station Sadar Abohar, District Fazilka. On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order dated 30.07.2018 of this Court, petitioners No.3 and 4 have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 30.07.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
