Mr. Vikas Kumar, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Munish Sharma, AAG, Haryana Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) The allegations against petitioner Dr. Manish Kumar in this regular bail application are that he had been using influence and through Class-IV employees of General Hospital, Palwal had been facilitating fabricating injuries and in the instant case, on payment of Rs 10,000/- had manipulated injuries on Tarif in connivance with his co-accused and bribe money of Rs 10,000/- has been recovered on his statement from his residence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Vikas Kumar has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.7.2015 and that the trial is not likely to be concluded in near future. Without going into the merits of the case, in the light of the fact that trial is not likely to conclude in the near future and the culpability, if any, shall be determined at the time of trial, this Court is of the opinion that further detention of the petitioner in the present case is not warranted. Accordingly, he is ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Palwal. The present petition stands disposed off accordingly.
