**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 107 dated 18.9.2012 under Sections 382/341/148/149 IPC, registered at Police Station Rampura, District Bathinda.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing the order dated 22.11.2012 by this Court in CRM-M-33801 of 2012 filed by the petitioner, she surrendered before the learned trial court and was released on regular bail. Thereafter, she had been regularly attending the court proceedings but because of some bonafide reasons, she could not put appearance on one date and non bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court and it may be directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner in view of the totality of facts and circumstances of the case which would be brought to its notice by the petitioner.

CRM-M-30926 of 2015 In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court that if the petitioner surrenders before it within a period of one week from today, her bail application shall be considered keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, which would be brought to the notice of the learned trial court at the instance of the petitioner, by passing an appropriate order, at an early date.
Disposed of, accordingly.
