(Oral) This is a case of petitioner No.1 - Ruby, stated to be aged about 19 years, belonging to Muslim religion and petitioner No.2 Gagandeep Singh aged about 29 years, belonging to Hindu religion, getting married against wishes of family members of petitioner No.1, namely Ansar Ahmed - father of petitioner No.1 and Geeta - mother of petitioner No.1, arrayed as private respondents No. 4 and 5. Now the petitioners apprehend danger to their lives and liberty at the hands of such private respondents, as such they have approached this Court by way of filing present petition.
