Keeping in view the facts and circumstances that the parties have entered into a settlement vide Annexure A-4 and have complied with the terms and conditions therein, the continuation of the present proceedings will not serve any purpose. Therefore, it is deemed appropriate that the requisite permission for compounding of offence be given. 6.

As a consequent, the present application i.e. CRM-12584-2024 seeking compounding of offence is allowed. Accordingly, the impugned
