M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Petitioner was allegedly found in possession of 100 tablets of alprazolam containing 0.5 mg.

Taking into consideration the quantity of the psychotropic salt and a report of the Deputy Superintendent of Police regarding innocence of the petitioner in his favour, the petitioner can be granted the concession of bail.

The petition is allowed. It is ordered that the petitioner will be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. (M.M.S.BEDI) JUDGE September 16, 2015.
