Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents No.1 to 6 to conduct fair investigation in the case FIR No. 845 dated 14.12.2018, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323 & 506 IPC at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that initially FIR was registered under Sections 148, 149, 323 & 506 IPC; thereafter, the injured was referred to Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi and the Medical Officer had given his report that Sahid had sustained inujry which is declared to be dangerous to life, but the official respondents are not adding Section 307 IPC, which is made out in the present case. Petitioner has already made representation dated 22.03.2019 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.3Superintendent of Police, Nuh, but no action has been taken thereon so far. Notice of motion.
