(Oral) The petitioner was appointed as Extension Lecturer in Zoology on 19.08.2015 by duly constituted selection committee and she worked from 19.08.2015 to 10.11.2015 and 12.01.2016 to 18.04.2016. Thereafter she worked from 26.07.2016 till 21.07.2017. She was relieved on 21.07.2017 on joining of regularly selected candidate. Her experience certificate is at Annexure P-2. Reference has been made to letter dated 28.01.2019 (P-5) wherein at Sr. No. 411, 02 posts are still lying vacant in Zoology in respondent No. 3College. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 2 and 3 to look into the representation dated 07.03.2019 (P-6) of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in view of letter dated 13.07.2018 (P-4) and 28.01.

2019 (P-5) in accordance with law, if the vacancy is still available in the college-respondent No. 3 as on today i.e 05.04.2019. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
