Sections 326, 354 and 506 IPC are added in the head note as well as in the prayer clause of the instant petition.. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the head note as well as in the prayer clause of the petition. CRM-M No.15770 of 2019 This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.989 dated 10.11.2018 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 326, 354, 307, 506 IPC and Sections 25, 54, 59 of Arms Act at Police Station City, Ballabgarh, District Faridabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner herein would contend that in fact, the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and a PANKAJ KUMAR 2020.02.27 11:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.15770 of 2019 (O&M) -2compromise has been effected. It is also argued that petition seeking quashing of the aforesaid FIR on the basis of compromise has already been filed and is pending in this Court for 30.03.2020. Mr. Manoj Kumar Sood, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant admits to the factum of compromise and has no objection in case regular bail is allowed.

Since the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and petition for quashing of FIR has already been filed vide CRM-M No.7463 of 2020, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petitioners behind the bars. The instant petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal/surety bond to the satisfaction of concerned trial Court/Duty Magistrate. However, any observation made herein shall not be construed to be an expression on merits of the case.
