(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent, has no objection if the transfer application is accepted and the divorce petition is transferred from Mohali to Ludhiana. In view of the submission made aforesaid and also taking into consideration the fact of the applicant taking care of the minor child, who is studying at Ludhiana, the transfer application is hereby allowed and the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA/185/2023, titled 'Dilpreet Singh Kainth v/s Anjala Kainth', filed by the respondenthusband, stands transferred from the Family Court, SAS Nagar (Mohali), to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ludhiana. The requisite record of the Sonu 2025.10.18 09:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

TA-388-2025 aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, SAS Nagar (Mohali), to the District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana.

Learned District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, shall assign the said petition to the Family Court, Ludhiana. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Ludhian, within a period of one month from today onwards.
